Consider matching the charitable contributions of your employees. If you are an employee raising funds, check with your human resources department to see if your company has a matching program, if they don't you may want to ask your company to start one.

Parents who have lost a baby feel like they have to grieve in silence. Even though the incidence is staggering, no one wants to talk about it. And so, baby loss is often referred to as a "silent sorrow".
